About Jesus Focus Ministry

Jesus Focus Ministry's only aim and purpose is to focus people upon Jesus Christ as Savior, Master and Lord, as well as personal friend. We strive to help everyone who comes to this Ministry to have a closer relationship with Jesus, and we minister in the following ways:

1. By studying the Word of God, which we do in every group.
2. By praising the Lord each time we meet together, because he is worthy to be praised; and praising Jesus helps us to focus on Him and not ourselves.
3. By times of prayer to meet the needs of those who are present, and to intercede from anyone has a specific need.
4. By meeting practical needs, to demonstrate the love of God in Christ in a practical way as the Book of James teaches us.
5. By creating a community of Christian fellowship, through which we can share and support each other in the Christian faith.
   

From these five activities we seek the healing of people's bodies and souls, and we see their spirits brought alive in Christ. We believe God wants His people whole.

• We Believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God, the only and absolute authority for our faith and Christian life.
  
  
• We Believe in God as the Creator of all things, and He functions in the Three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit as the Bible teaches.
  
  
• We Believe He is the only true and everlasting God, and that He alone is Almighty, Omniscient, and Omnipresent.
  
  
• We Believe that Jesus the Christ was virgin born, the only begotten Son of God, crucified for the world's sins, resurrected on the third day, is glorified, and sits at the right hand of the Father, He is alive forevermore, and knowable to every person.
  
  
• We Believe in Eternal Life for all who believe in (and accept) Jesus' death as payment for their sins, and we believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation.
  
  
• We Believe that the Holy Spirit dwells within all true believers leading, guiding, teaching, equipping, and empowering Christians to do the works of Christ on earth.
  
  
• We Believe that it is our privilege and responsibility to reach out to those around us with the message of salvation and the love of God in Christ Jesus.
